Favorite Swarovski Bead! - Comment to Win

Have you ever met a swarovski crystal that you didn't like? I would have to say that has never happened to me!

In fact, I would have to say I like them all and there are PLENTY to choose from. I highly doubt that I have even seen all the different swarovski beads and elements that are out there in the world!

Sometimes when I come across a smaller bicone, I don't get excited right away, however, when that happens all I have to do is take them closer to a window, outside or in flourescent light. My goodness, even the tiniest little bead can overcome you with sparkliness!

Now imagine a swarovski prism that is 40mm! I would have to say the swarovski sun prism takes this award for me! Here's a link to a project I made with this prism and a bicone mix called the watermelon crawl from Rings & Things a couple years ago!

I would LOVE to hear from all of you about your favorite swarovski bead or crystal element! From now until Saturday, please leave a comment with the swarovski name or a link to enter this little contest to win a fabulously special Swarovski crystal.

My problem is that I love them all!!! I am probably most taken with bicones - so versatile and all those colors!!!! Love that sparkle.

I use 14mm rivolis and 4mm bicones in bead embroidery. I would rather have Swarovski than diamonds, more bling!

Although they all are beautiful, I love the clean lines and simplicity of the cubes.

I am especially dong of bicones, but do like rivolis also.

I wish we could include photos in the comments - my favorite Swarovski crystal pendant of late has been the Navette. I've created with the black and the red. I'm posting a photo of "The Dream" on my blog - one of my faves! www.babblebead.blogspot.com

I love working with Swarovski elements. It's hard to pick but I love the cosmic oval or ring. They add so much to anything I design and make.

I have a 40mm crystal spear that I made into a pendant. It always catches the light when I'm driving and throws rainbows all over my car. Out of all the Swarovski crystals the big spears are my favorite.

I use a number of 3-4mm bicones to add sparkle to my somewhat industrial looking body adornment, but my all time favorite I believe is called a "cushion cut". I've had a small clear one for over 30 years and haven't come across a new one since. I would love a new piece, but I will treasure the chipped one for as long as I can hold on to it!

My absolute favorite Swarovski is a 4mm Siam

I swoon, even at that size. I love substituting it for Ruby red (I'm a July baby).

Good luck everyone!

It's hard to say as they are so fabulous. I do use alot of 5 & 6mm bicones. I love the purples and the lavenders.

Thank you for a nice giveaway!

I just made a pair of earrings with 10 mm Xilion and other size clear bicones and roundels. I really love the clear crystals the most I think, but I did just buy Caribbean Opal as they were speaking to me... oh but I love the Purple Velvet ones too!

Gorgeous prism. Just discovered these and am supercharged over them.

Swarovski crystals have to be the Royalty of all crystal - many have tried to duplicate them but none have been able to match the cut, clarity and quality of a true Swarovski crystal. I too love them ALL but the ones I tend to use the most are their bi-cones and their wonderful #5305 spacer (which is not easy to find).

Oh gosh I love all the Swarovski Crystals! But the ones I long for most is the 40mm Cosmic Pendant Crystals. Especially in the Red Magma and Opal colors. I would love a big bag of those beauties!!
