Aren't these great? They complement all the other beads and have so much character.
I've included a close-up of the bicones that look like they have a tie-dyed design pasted on them!
How cool is this? It makes me ponder the focal bead a little bit more. Is it possible there is some type of veneer finish on these beads that has been glued on?
Hmm...I'd love to get your thoughts on that! AND, I'd love to find out if you would be interested in creating a piece of jewelry with this bead mix.
Let me know if you would like to play with these beads and share your finished product on A Bead a Day! I'll select a random winner on Sunday! :)
Take a look at the posts from the last couple of days to see the rest of the beads in this mix and comment on this post for a chance to win.

What fantastic beads! Those bicones are very interesting indeed. I would love to create a piece with this mix. Thanks for the opportunity.
Ooh yes! These are the perfect colors for late summer. I would love to play with them.
having issues with blogger tonite and i can't get the bicone picture to blow up - that are soo cool from what I can see of them.
The swirls in the beads gives such a freedom of expression. They would go with just about anything. Maybe some knots on hemp and mix in some chain for movement ;)
d love to play with them and see what I can create with them! it would be fun
They look juicy, but also remind me of fall. Beautiful colors! Those bicones are interesting. Look like those picasso beads made from Czech glass.
Love the interesting look of the bicone. I can see me making a bracelet with leather, sari and those beads:-)
I would definitely love to play with those beads and create something.
I agree with Kokopelli - they resemble the beads with the Picasso finish that is so popular right now - very cool! I've got lots of free time coming up - perfect for creating with new beads!
The bead mix is lovely! and yes, I would love a chance to play with, and make something from them. The focal bead, I would almost assume that it is some type of resin, being that it is so lightweight, as glass would have some weight to it. Thanks for the opporutnity.
