It's a Pink, Pink, Pink, Pink Picnic!

Too much "pink"? Nah! Just the right amount! There are various shades here such as light rose, fuschia and padparadscha. I do not believe the photo does these beads justice because in real life they just POP like crazy! So sparkly, colorful and fun, it is bound to bring a smile every time you look at them!

I took them to work to show a few people for their input and no matter who looked at them, a big smile formed and they automatically reached for them!

I have talked about crystals causing big smiles before and now I am sold on the concept! I have decided to fill a clear tube with a variety of sparkly crystals to carry with me. The next time someone wants to blow off steam or get something off their chest, I'm going to experiment with "swarovski crystal therapy"!! What do you think? Personally, I think I'm on to something!! Now, back to the "pink, pink, pink, pink picnic"!!

What a great variety of pinks!!!! I love these beads and I LOVE RINGS & THINGS!! I was provided a very generous opportunity to select some products from their catalog to create with! Wow, what an honor!

There are several projects that will be made with them, but for now, I just wanted to share the beads with you. The gross of 6mm bicones is a mix called "the watermelon crawl". They are a perfect representation of taking a happy picnic on a sunny summer day. There are also 4mm fuschia bicones and TINY fuschia butterflies!! There are quite a few other beads in the photo that I haven't mentioned, but I thought it would just be more fun to look at them first.

I was developing ideas as I selected each item so now it is time to CREATE! Yay! I'll keep you posted on my progress! For now, let's just enjoy the beads!! Yummy!

(Wait till you see tomorrow's 40mm prism!! Unbelievable sparkle!!)

Update: The padparadscha button project has been completed, it was so fun to create a "scuplture" with swaroski elements!

Beautiful selection of pink crystals...but then I've always been a fan!!! You know I've often heard people say they don't like/wear pink but when ever I make something pink women seem to be drawn to the color and the piece is gone in no time!! Someone likes pink! :0)

I look forward to seeing what you design...
Cheers

Great idea to use the crystal magic on people :) I'm so glad you enjoyed picking out just the beads you want. That'll make the jewelry all the more fun to create!

The watermelon mix is great! What a flash of colors! I am a blue lover myself, but experimented with pink in the last weeks. And it even worked for me. :-)

Swarovski crystal therapy would be a lot cheaper than remedial therapies and a lot more fun. Have fun designing. jeannie

Love the name of that bead mix - the Watermelon Crawl - brings to mind a country music song and thoughts of fun and sun and relaxation! Can't wait to see what you are going to do with them.
