ELECTRIC SPARKLE!

This mix of gray/blue/purple, etc. shell pearls are so smooth and have a sophisticated feel to them. When I opened the surprise package from Rings & Things, these pearls were packed in a zipper baggie with some extremely SPARKLY faceted rondelle beads. I immediately opened the package and poured them all out onto a white surface. It was definitely an "Ahhhhh" moment.

What a fabulous combination!! The bright blue of the sparkle bead really gets your attention! I learned in yesterday's comments from Dave at Rings & Things that the rondelles are called ELECTRIC SPARKLY beads. (seriously!)

Anything with the word "sparkly" in it must be a good thing! Both the purple from yesterday's post and the blue are FABULOUS! As I said yesterday, these beads stand out from across the room.
I can't wait to show you the earrings I made with these electric beads! I used a bead from a bracelet a coworker needed fixed so they would match.

When I took them to her on Monday, she had on a light tan colored blouse with a few dark stripes in it. I would never have guessed how great these dark colors would look with tan! Wonderfully complementary!

I hope you are all getting ready for a fun and crafty weekend, I know I sure am! Take care! :)
