Preserved in Plastic

It seems like we've had a plastic theme going this week, so I thought I'd finish the week out with another cute plastic bead. This one, also from Joann's $1 bin, came on a strand with others in lavender and orange (interesting combo).

It reminded me of the preserved flowers you see in resin paper weights and that is pretty cool for a tiny little bead. The possiblities with this one are endless. I'm going to use this one for a drop in a pair of earrings. I'll use a large bright red glass bead and dangle this one from it so it gets a little attention.
