I love it when other beaders share THEIR love for buttons!
I don't know what it is about buttons that I find so attractive, but like many other things, it feels good when you know you are not alone!
Check out Carmi's button project on her Art/Life World blog post.
I've also included one of my button projects below, made with a swarovski button, yes SWAROVSKI does make buttons!
I would so love to have swarovski buttons on all my clothes, but at least on one finger for starters!
This base of this ring is a paparadscha crystal button.
I then wired on a couple of swarovski butterflies and a sparkly flower. :)

I love your ring! And, I love buttons! I collect (and use, sometimes) vintage lucite and Bakelite buttons. But, I love all buttons, new or vintage.
Another button lover here!
I adore the ring, and I'm beyond excited that Swarovski makes buttons!
I get my buttons from a creative reuse store. Or at least I did, until some sneaky person bought the whole bin of them!
Here's how I use buttons in my work. I like them for clasps! http://www.saturdaysequins.com/2012/03/welcome-to-another-saturday-at-saturday.html
Yay, thanks fellow button lovers! :)
Last spring I went antiquing with my cousin, and scored a whole boatload of antique buttons. I love using them for cabochons on my bead embroidered pieces!
Buttons - if you'd like to see some of what I got!
Yay, Cyndi, love all the pics!!
Love this entry as I love buttons too! Your ring is stunning! xox jean :)
I am really a swarovski accessory collector. Seeing this work really amazed me a lot. I would love to see any etsy shop that have this.
