These come at a time when I have been in a groove of wanting to make dangly charm bracelets so I can't wait to work them into a project.

I think these were probably intended for the Mexican "Dia del Muerto" as many of the items bought for this celebration are of skeletons. On this day, they honor the dead and celebrate the lives of those who have passed. I have seen large cakes decorated with skeletons and all sorts of party decorations using them.
The postures of your cute little skeletons just make them so adorable and happy, they would make a great bracelet!
