What-A-Clasp!

As I mentioned yesterday I received an extremely cool bag of goodies from Rings & Things as part of their Blog Partner Program! How EXCITING!!

There were some very cool pieces in there and this was certainly one of them. This clasp is so much fun, it defiinitely seems like an afternoon was spent antiquing!

LOVE this!! I really want and need to be able to see this in a jewelry piece so it is going to have to be in a bracelet. PLEASE send me your thoughts on this, I'd love to hear them.

This is going to be so much fun to play with!! :) Have a great evening!

What an interesting clasp...you could use it on a bracelet but you could also use it on a necklace as a focal at the front instead of the back, for something a bit differeant???

I stopped by your blog early this morning, and when I saw your post my jaw dropped - I made a bracelet out of mine. I posted it today with a link back to your blog.

That is very cool. My mind immediately went to these rustic lampwork beads the gal, Lora McLaughlin, who just opened our local bead store makes....it would look fabulous with some of those. She's been so busy opening the store she hasn't had time to torch or I'd send you some.

I think this will be a fun one to work with. I keep passing up the Tim Holtz line at Michael's and now I get a chance to play with some of it. This is such an industrial looking item, but I love the metal. Enjoy the day! Erin

I love Marjorie's works, she is very talented person. I'm not wondering she got the accomplishment. I bought some of her jewels for me and for my friends too. They are amazing!
