As I mentioned yesterday, I had completed my ring project with the Swarovski faceted button as a base and wanted to finish up the necklace before posting it.I like the way this pendant looks on a silver chain, so I am going to live with it for a couple days before deciding whether I want to make a beaded necklace for it or not.
I have to admit I love this little ring! Both projects have made me smile which is when I know I have succeeded to some degree. :) Overall, a happy day!
I posted the 6mm air blue pendants on Monday and am happy to say this was sort of what I had in mind when I selected
these Swarovski crystal beads from Artbeads.com. As usual, designs have a tendency to evolve as you go, but hopefully it is for the better.I experimented with more and less of the air blue pendants for the ring before settling on this formation with a 6mm top drilled crystal ab in the center. I had a top drilled jonquil in the center at first and while that looked very sun-shiny, I liked the combination of silver and crystal ab with the air blue beads.

Both are lovely...I agree with you I really love the pendant on the chain...I'm sure it would look great amongst beads but on the chain it stands along and makes a huge statement!!!
